Administrative duties include ordering supplies, updating/maintaining medical records, obtaining referrals/authorizations and scheduling appointments. REQUIRED High School graduate or equivalent. Medical Assistant Certification (i.e., AAMA CMA, AMT RMA, NHA CCMA, NCCT NCMA, or NAHP NRCMA), CPR Certification, Computer experience, Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment. PREFERRED Medical Assistant diploma or degree program. Minimum of one year medical assisting experience. Proficient in venipuncture. .
