Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field or equivalent work experience. • 10+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, including 5+ years in aerospace, airline MRO or aviation aftermarket. • Proven category-management results involving avionics, electrical systems, flight controls, aircraft systems or other highly technical aerospace categories. • Success negotiating component support, repair management, PBH or long-term support agreements with OEMs and MRO providers. • Working knowledge of FAA requirements, airworthiness documentation and AS9100/AS9120. • Advanced data integration, financial and operational modeling, and scenario and sensitivity analysis. • Responsible use of AI and digital tools with validation, confidentiality, governance and human oversight; and experience leading and developing procurement teams.
