Orientation/ Education/Training/ In-Service Clinical Informatics Infection Control/Residents and Employee Health Quality Improvement Education/Training/Work Experience: Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BS/BA in related Healthcare discipline) required. MSN strongly recommended. Certificate/Licenses: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse. Current BCLS. Work Experience: 5 years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care environment strongly recommended. Two (2) to (3) three years of education or management experience with direct care staff.
