Responsibilities Include: • Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene • Mobility support and safe transfers • Companionship and emotional support • Meal preparation and light housekeeping • Monitoring overall wellness and reporting changes • Support for clients recovering at home after hospitalization • This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety, and relationship-based support.
