We offer: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Disability Insurance • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Schedules service appointments. • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information. • Performs walk around with customer noting any damage, and advises on any needed maintenance. • Creates clear, concise, and accurate repair orders regarding customer vehicle problems • Ensures service history is reviewed with the customer to safeguard against incorrect information • Advises customers on the how to properly care for their cars to reinforce the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications. • Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts. • Obtains customer's signature on repair order; provides customer with a copy. • Establishes customer's preferred method of payment. Obtains credit approval, if necessary. • Checks on progress of repair throughout the day, and timely informs the customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. • Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate. • Ensure that vehicles are parked in assigned areas, the vehicle is locked, and the keys are marked and put away correctly. • Explains completed work and all charges to customers. • Discuss upcoming Factory Surveys, and schedules the next service appointment • Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. • Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and work in process. • Manages repair order documentation to ensure full compliance with policies and procedures. • Maintains 100% utilization of required Multi Point Inspection (Walk Around) process. • Achieves and maintain individual and team effective labor rate (ELR) above 80% of posted retail rate • Maintains a professional appearance, and work environment. • Attends pertinent and mandatory company wide trainings. • Other Duties as assigned Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,080.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
