What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate haul units to transport aggregate materials throughout the quarry. • Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly. • Follow established safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operational standards at all times. • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and supervisors to support production goals. • Maintain a clean work area while contributing to efficient and reliable quarry operations. What Are We Looking For • Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial, construction, mining, or quarry environment. • Strong commitment to safety, situational awareness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. • Ability to inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and communicate concerns effectively. • Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Capability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment while adapting to changing operational needs. Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
