Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage client intake and scheduling to ensure timely and personalized service delivery. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Home Instead’s senior care services within the Bend community. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, families, and community partners. • Conduct client assessments and provide ongoing communication to address client needs and satisfaction. • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless client experiences. • Represent Home Instead at community events and networking opportunities to generate referrals.
