We are looking for someone who understands collision repair refinishing and can produce high-quality finishes in a professional shop environment. Responsibilities • Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation. • Mix and match paint colors to achieve accurate color matches. • Apply automotive paints, primers, and clear coats using professional spray equipment. • Inspect finished work to ensure a high-quality finish and color consistency. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Work efficiently with collision repair technician and other team members to meet production deadlines. • Follow all safety procedures and paint manufacturer specifications.
