Job Description Role: Inside Sales Associate - Parts As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department at Ambient HVAC Supply, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You’ll also get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Responsibilities: • Set up quotes for customer pricing. • Answer customer calls and identify parts. • Team with the Sales department to address customer issues. • Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email. • Follow all company safety programs. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft office programs is required. • Basic math and computer literacy. • Great communication skills. • Organizational skills. • Estimated compensation: $28.85–$36.06/hr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
