As a Caregiver at Mom's Home Care, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our senior clients. From caregiver appreciation bonuses to little surprises throughout the year — we know the power of “thank you.” Responsibilities • Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support. • Monitor vital signs as needed, ensuring the health and safety of clients. • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. • Drive clients to appointments, errands, and outings • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Requirements • Two years of previous experience as a caregiver (fora non-family member) • Must live within 15 miles of the job you apply for • Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus. • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • A big heart • Patience, humor, kindness — you know, all the good stuff Pay & Perks • Competitive hourly pay of $20- $23 per hour plus applicable overtime • All types of insurance- health, dental, vision, life • 401k Plan • Reimbursement for mileage and phone use
