A Day in the Life: • Foster strong client relationships through proactive brand strategy and organic growth initiatives. • Oversee multichannel production, project plans, and complex initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, project management, creative, strategy, medical). • Manage conflicts, escalate when necessary, and ensure seamless execution. • Lead team development through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and growth planning. • Drive strategic thinking in creative development, engagement planning, and brand evolution. • Identify business development opportunities and spearhead next steps. • Participate in new business pitches, scoping, staffing discussions, and P&L responsibility. What you will need: • Bachelor's degree (preferred). • 8+ years of industry experience (healthcare/pharma advertising/marketing preferred). • Proven leadership skills managing multiple direct reports. • Exceptional verbal and written communication plus presentation skills. • Digital expertise: media, social, analytics. • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency. • Critical thinking approach and a big picture perspective. • Curiosity, adaptability and a collaborative working style.
