Everleap Fertility has an opportunity for a Full-Time Phlebotomist working Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm with weekend rotation in our Basking Ridge, NJ office. This individual will draw blood from patients for laboratory procedures used in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. The Phlebotomist maintains a cooperative relationship with clinical staff and helps to create a positive experience for our patients. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: • Properly identifies patients. • Performs and explains the process of the venipuncture and/or other specimen collection as required. • Conducts blood draws, labeling specimens, and centrifuging specimens. • To store and transport specimen samples according to the different procedures to maintain integrity of the specimen. • Understands and complies with OSHA and DEP regulations. • Maintains clean and stocked phlebotomy Area. • Reassures patients and provide comfort to ease anxieties.
