Qualifications: • Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel. • Solid written and verbal communication skills and command of the English language. • Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP and other applicable codes and regulations. • Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the Firm including clients, courts, opposing and co-counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff. Our current national base salary ranges are: • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; • Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.   Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
