About the role We are seeking an experienced IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer with 2 to 5 yrs of hands-on experience in designing, modeling, developing, and supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using IBM Planning Analytics / Cognos TM1. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in TM1 development, performance optimization, security implementation, reporting, and business requirement Analytics. Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance, and maintain EPM applications using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs). Develop and maintain TM1 models, cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, Turbo Integrator (TI) processes, and chore automation. Perform advanced TM1 development, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning activities. Design and implement TM1 security models, including user groups, application security, and object-level access controls. Develop reporting and dashboard solutions using: Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX) Planning Analytics Web (PAW/Web) Active Forms Perform data integration from various source systems using TI processes. Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business solutions rapidly. Support application deployment, testing, user training, and production support activities. Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials. Collaborate with global stakeholders, business users, architects, and support teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
