Qualifications: Key Skills Communication skills: Ability to liaise effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies Organizational skills: Managing multiple candidates, schedules, and processes efficiently Multitasking: Handling recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding simultaneously Problem-solving: Addressing staffing shortages, turnover issues, and scheduling conflicts experience in a staffing or recruitment role is preferred  Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements is essential
