Winston-Salem Dental Specialists is looking for an Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do • Chairside assisting during root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures • Set up and break down operatories with endo-specific instruments and materials • Take and process digital radiographs and CBCT scans • Assist with the dental microscope and ultrasonic units • Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols • Provide patient comfort and education, especially for anxious patients • Assist with sedation monitoring as needed • Maintain patient records and coordinate with referring offices What We're Looking For • Dental assisting experience required; endodontic experience strongly preferred • Current NC X-ray certification or ability to obtain • CPR/BLS certification • Comfortable with digital radiography and CBCT imaging What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay based on experience • Health insurance, PTO, and paid holidays • 401(k) retirement plan • Modern facility with the latest technology • No nights, no weekends An equal opportunity employer.
