Job Responsibilities: • Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty. • Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. • Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair. • Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers • Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate • Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur • Maintains an organized work area • Other duties as assigned by management Job Requirements: • Automotive Service Technician experience • ASE certification desirable • Excellent customer service • Strong communication skills • Valid Driver’s License • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
