Job Location: Carthage South Branch, 2417 S Grand Hours: Generally Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and may be subject to change. Work outside those hours will occur. This position is onsite only, remote work is not available. Essential Duties: • Answer support line to take calls from bank personnel. • Learning various PC upgrades/installs as they come up. Set up new PC's and test functionality on-site prior to installation at locations. • Work with virtualized servers in a VMware environment. • May require travel to other facilities. • Various other duties as situations arise. Skill Requirements: • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Ability to prioritize tasks based on organization needs. • Detail oriented. • Ability to constantly learn and apply that knowledge to daily tasks. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Other relevant certifications are a plus. • Professional communication skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows 10. • Must be willing to adapt to changes in schedules, tasks, and duties on short notice. • Must be willing to learn and follow bank policies and procedures. Physical Requirements: This position is moderately sedentary. The ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, twist and occasionally carry up to 30 lbs.
