## Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline. * Experience in lab integration and test. * Experience in systems engineering development and integration processes. ## Desired Skills * F-22 Program clearances desired. * Experience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and test. * Experience with software programming in both C++ and JAVA. * Experience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems. * Hardware-in-the loop Simulation Experience. * Systems Engineering Development and Integration experience. * Systems Integration Lab development experience. * Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-22 engineering teams (e.g. software teams, design, Labs). * Demonstrated communication skills, written and oral with senior level management and internal/external customers. * Technical Experience/Background Experience with developing system requirements, software requirements, or hardware requirements. * Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s). * Government customer interaction and interface experience.
