Summary Performs facility maintenance and groundskeeping duties including repairs, construction support, landscaping, irrigation maintenance, and general upkeep of venue facilities and grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Seat repair and maintenance including cup holder removal and installation • Maintenance of suites including drywall, hardware, painting, ceiling tile and fixtures • Various carpentry projects, new construction and repairs • Concrete patching, caulking and coating • Painting and surface preparation • Provide upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters and grounds features • Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment • Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, ground cover and flowers • Install and maintain signs, barricades, fences and irrigation systems • Mow, edge and trim turf areas, collect debris and clear trash • Identify and communicate safety issues on grounds and walkways • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
