Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Retirement Plan • Paid Time Off • Supportive team environment • Professional growth and development opportunities Responsibilities • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism • Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment journey • Take and process dental radiographs, digital scans, and intraoral photographs • Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and equipment • Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic procedures • Accurately document patient care in electronic records • Assist with orthodontic treatment procedures and appliance adjustments • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-focused clinical environment • Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, Dental Board, and company policies and procedures Qualifications Required • X-Ray Certification • EFODA Certification or willingness to obtain within six (6) months of hire Preferred • Prior dental or orthodontic assisting experience Skills & Attributes • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Dependable and punctual • Team-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Ready to Apply?
