Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with surgical team to ensure smooth operation of orthopedic procedures. • Provide intraoperative support as a circulating RN, maintaining sterile field and patient safety. • Document surgical procedures accurately, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols. • Communicate effectively with physicians and staff regarding patient needs and procedural details. • Assist in pre-operative preparation and post-operative patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
