Experience: 5+ Years Location: Any eClerx location / Remote Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Copilot Agent Developer with expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, Azure, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, debugging, and optimizing AI agents, with strong knowledge of Azure services, governance, monitoring, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot/Agent365 solutions. • Deploy and manage AI agents on Azure. • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Connectors, MCP, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations. • Configure and manage Azure environments, solution deployment, packaging, security groups, and Power Platform components. • Implement Azure monitoring, governance, RBAC, telemetry, and observability. • Monitor agent performance, optimize key metrics, and improve solution reliability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions. Required Skills • 5+ years of software development experience with Copilot Agent Development (Agent365 preferred). • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services and Azure-based agent deployment. • Strong debugging skills for Connectors, MCP, Azure Functions, and integrations. • Good understanding of Azure environments, solution deployment, packaging, security groups, and Power Platform. • Experience with Azure Monitoring, Governance, RBAC, Application Insights, and Telemetry. • Knowledge of agent performance monitoring and optimization. Preferred Skills • Strong Python programming skills. • Experience with Agentic AI Development. • Hands-on experience with AI/ML Ops. • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph for LLM application development. • Knowledge of enterprise AI architecture and best practices.
