Heat Treat Operator Responsibilities: • Operate and control various types of machinery and equipment, such as cranes, to perform specific tasks • Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and specifications • Use precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to ensure accuracy of measurements • Perform quality inspections to identify any defects or issues in the production process • Utilize hand tools and tooling to complete tasks efficiently • Read and interpret blueprints to understand the requirements of each project • May be required to participate in regular department trainings and assist in training new department employees Benefits/Salary: The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package available day one of hire, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), excellent 401k matching program, paid holidays and vacation.
