About the role HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our community client site located in Crosby, Minnesota. This is a part-time position teaching 2-3 classes per week. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. Minimum Requirements • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred. • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. The compensation range for this role is $14 - $15/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
