Job Description: Hiltop at Senior Village is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with a strong background in drywall repair and finishing and well-rounded apartment maintenance skills. This is a hands-on position for a skilled technician who can independently complete high-quality repairs, unit turns, and maintenance projects across multiple trades. What You’ll Do • Complete apartment unit turns with minimal contractor support • Perform drywall installation, patching, texturing, finishing, sanding, and repairs • Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems • Address water damage, wall restoration, and interior repairs • Perform preventive maintenance in apartments and common areas • Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner • Maintain safe, clean, and well-maintained buildings and grounds • Follow company standards, safety procedures, and applicable building codes • Maintain accurate maintenance records and track inventory and supplies What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of residential or apartment maintenance experience required • Advanced skills in drywall finishing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues • HVAC experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to complete unit turns efficiently and professionally • High school diploma or GED required • Technical training, certifications, or trade experience are a plus • Valid driver’s license required Additional Requirements • Participation in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • $60/month mobile phone allowance National Church Residences offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including: In return, National Church Residences offers an excellent total reward package that includes: • Medical & Rx – 3 plan options to fit your budget; choose from coverage offered through a Nationwide network for you and your family.
