Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills • Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years applied experience. • Experience executing architecture governance processes, including RFCs, ADRs, controls traceability, architecture reviews, and auditable decision records. • Ability to continuously improve architecture governance processes through practical standards, tooling, and automation. • Experience applying enterprise-authorized agentic AI capabilities, including agentic skills and relevant context, to improve architecture governance workflows. • Experience with enterprise, software, and infrastructure architecture across cloud, compute, network, platforms, and resiliency engineering. • Expertise in architecture modeling for platforms and technical products. • Experience making and documenting architecture decisions, including trade-offs across availability, performance, security, cost, maintainability, and regulatory or control requirements. • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight. • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application or platform development, testing, and operational stability in complex, production environments. • Hands-on experience with AWS and infrastructure as code using Terraform and • Proficiency in at least one programming language and practical experience with CI/CD tooling, automation, and software delivery practices.
