This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday, hours vary but are often 7:30 am - 4:00pm. Salary range is $85,000-$115,000/yr. Collaborates with owners and design/development teams throughout planning, estimating, bidding, and construction. Successfully manages housing projects ranging from single-site to scattered-site developments, including historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and new construction.
