Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery used in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) according to specifications • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently • Monitor machine operations and inspect finished products for defects or irregularities • Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance • Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions • Record production data and complete required documentation • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role preferred • Familiarity with production tools and mechanical systems • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or manuals (if applicable) • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Physical stamina and strength; able to lift up to[40 lbs and stand for long periods • Good communication and teamwork skills Work Environment: • May involve exposure to varying temperatures, loud noises, or fast-paced operations • Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Requires standing, lifting, pushing, pulling (up to 40 lbs) and working with machinery. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CNC machines, injection molding, or packaging equipment (depending on industry) • Forklift certification (if relevant) • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface EOE, including disability/vets
