The Opportunity As a Surgical Coordinator, you'll guide patients through every step of their surgical journey by: • Scheduling surgeries and managing changes • Educating patients on procedures and pre-op instructions • Collecting and documenting patient and insurance information • Coordinating medical clearances • Performing IOL measurements and clinical testing • Maintaining accurate EMR documentation • Collecting patient payments • Supporting physicians and delivering an outstanding patient experience What You'll Bring • Excellent communication and customer service skills • A compassionate, patient-focused approach • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Flexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitude • Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment • Ophthalmology or ocular pharmacology knowledge is a plus, but not required This role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
