About the Role • You will be part of Farmer Funding team under Bharat Banking Vertical. • Bharat Banking FF department caters to all products in Bharat Bank Branches across Pan India. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for increasing the overall market share in the Mandi ecosystem in Asset and liability business. • Responsible for sales planning and distribution plan for the Mandis. • Responsible for baselining of respective Mandis i.e., shop by shop mapping and their relationships with us and competition on Asset and liability side. • Organize activation drives along with respective product sales teams in the Mandi to generate business Plan and implement new initiatives/strategies to increase Mandi business share in overall retail lending and liability business. Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: • Post- Graduation (MBA/Rural MBA preferred) from a recognized institute. • Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: • Knowledge of Agri/Rural Lending, Tech, PSL, industry and product trends, Partnerships • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms • Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language (preferable) • Ability to manage Sales Channel and track Budget. • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to lead a team, coach, motivate and mentor the members of the team on on-going basis • Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders
