Residential Support Staff- Direct Care - PRN Schedule: • Days, Evenings and Over nights , 3 shifts per month Location: Mill Spring, NC Benefits: • Retirement Plan with company match • Free Meals on shift Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour Responsibilities • Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities • Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities • Support residents in their recovery plans and goals • Fill in for our Lodge Advisors as needed • Provides support in crisis management • Completing documentation • Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration • Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, reactional, social, and cultural activities Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges • At least 21 years of age, current driver’s license, and acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance *CooperRiis is an equal opportunity employer.
