• Define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
Quality Practice & Standards
• Champion shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practice within assigned squads.
• Contribute to test strategy and quality standards across the QA chapter.
• Peer-review test designs, automation scripts, and quality evidence produced by Quality Engineers before release.
• Informally mentor Quality Engineers, building their automation and testing capability over time.
• Escalate quality risks and release readiness concerns to the Lead Manager – Quality Engineer.
Defect Management & Reporting
• Own defect tracking, triage, and reporting for assigned products.
• Produce quality metrics and improvement recommendations.
Learning & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain current knowledge of QA and test automation best practices.
• Complete required training and compliance activities.
You Have:
• Experience in QA or test engineering.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
