Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with either Neuro or ICU experience to work one week per month at Monmouth South in Lakewood, NJ This is a Round and Go position with call until 7pm (phone call) Schedule will be Sunday-Monday one week per month. Typical volume 1-5 patients per day Hourly rate $75 - $85 per hour Additional daily call stipend EMR - Epic This is an excellent opportunity for an NP seeking a flexible, round-and-go position with a manageable patient census. Duties & Responsibilities • Provide neurological assessment and management of ICU patients. • Conduct daily patient rounds and monitor clinical progress. • Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans. • Collaborate with intensivists, neurologists, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team. • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress in the medical record. • Respond to patient needs and provide call coverage until 7:00 PM. • Support continuity of care and communicate treatment recommendations to the clinical team. Qualifications • Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey. • Board certification as an NP. • Previous neurology, neurocritical care, or ICU experience preferred. • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the medical team.
