What You'll Lead As Store Manager, you’ll oversee store operations, develop your team, and work with company leadership to drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. • Drive Sales & Profitability: Take ownership of store performance by identifying sales opportunities, managing expenses, and working toward revenue and profitability goals. • Lead & Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, schedule, and support employees so they can perform at their best and grow their skills. • Build a Strong Team: Help recruit, interview, and hire the right people while creating a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. • Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience: Build customer loyalty through dependable service, product knowledge, and a team that puts customers first. • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee inventory accuracy, cash handling, store security, and vehicle maintenance while ensuring company procedures are followed. • Support Employee Performance: Set expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and partner with HR on employee matters and compliance. • Lead with Integrity: Represent Auto Value professionally and foster a culture built on trust, teamwork, and accountability. • Keep Learning: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, programs, business priorities, and customer needs. What You Bring We're looking for a hands-on leader who can balance people leadership with business results. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable. • Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • The ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality service. • Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn company systems. • High school diploma or GED required; some college and prior management experience preferred. • Previous automotive parts industry experience is a plus. Training is available to help the right candidate succeed. • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. The right leader brings more than experience.
