Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in required state, and 10+ years of civil engineering experience focused on site development and/or municipal infrastructure. Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of civil engineering, site development, and municipal infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects supporting the continued growth and development of communities throughout the surrounding region of each state location. The Municipal Project Manager will serve as a key technical and project leadership resource, working closely with clients, engineers, technical staff, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Your Responsibilities: • Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and strong long-term relationships. • Lead project teams, including engineers, designers, and technical staff across multiple offices. • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and overall project performance. • Serve as Engineer of Record when applicable and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and other technical disciplines. • Review engineering plans, specifications, reports, and project deliverables for quality and compliance. • Support site development and municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, grading, and related infrastructure. • Support proposal development, fee preparation, client presentations, and business development activities. • Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and construction-related activities. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineering staff. • Maintain a collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, quality, and client satisfaction. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in required state required. • 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development and/or municipal infrastructure. • Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. • Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Familiarity with Ohio permitting processes, codes, and regulatory requirements. • Strong understanding of project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management. • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
