Production Supervisor Shift Openings (All Shifts Available) • Day: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM • Night: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM • Weekend: Friday - Sunday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hours) Pay: $75-85k Join a family-owned manufacturer with over 42 years of stability and growth. Position Summary The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. This role is responsible for supervising employees, developing team members, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with company and safety standards. Responsibilities • Lead and support production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals. • Schedule and prioritize daily production activities. • Develop, coach, and mentor team members and Area Leaders. • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and manufacturing procedures. • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. • Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and on-time delivery metrics. • Support hiring, onboarding, training, cross-training, and performance management. • Coordinate with other departments to resolve production issues. • Manage departmental staffing, budgets, and preventive maintenance activities. • Participate in plant leadership meetings and drive operational improvements. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Manufacturing or fabrication leadership experience required. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Ability to read and follow English instructions. Physical Requirements • Lift up to 50 lbs. • Stand for extended periods. • Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and stoop as needed. • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
