Responsibilities • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments • Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment • Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity Qualifications * Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent. • Typically 2-3 years relevant experience. • Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job (Salesforce, Oracle EBS, MS Office).
