Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Qualifications • 4+ years of Full-Service General Manager experience in a high-volume, systems-oriented, upscale-casual or casual environment • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an ownership mentality • Strong leadership ability, flexibility, adaptability, and maturity to lead a large team • Build respectful relationships with every member while holding them accountable - integrity is essential • Manage high standards while paying attention to every detail • A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience • Highly skilled at financials, P & L, and managing food, labor, and operating costs • Ability to manage all cost control centers and build sales through proper training and follow-through • Proven ability to hire and grow strong teams, maintain high retention rates, and build bench strength Restaurant General Manager Benefits • Base salary up to 85K + quarterly bonuses • Unlimited career growth opportunities • Medical, Dental, and Vision with company contribution • PTO/vacation accrual-up to 2 weeks the first year JOB ID: 181328 #post Marcia Recks
