A nationally acclaimed organization is seeking a Director of Industrial Services for their location in New Jersey. This role requires ISO experience and QMS knowledge to insure quality, compliance and business development. Director of Industrial Services Responsibilities: • ISO Quality Management & Compliance is a must • Manages the daily operations of the Industrial Services and Contracts Services departments in compliance with all established policies and procedures • Must possess professional etiquette • Monitor quality objectives and performance metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and audit-ready documentation. Director of Industrial Services Qualifications: • Positive leadership with a people first mentality • BA or Masters in Business Management.
