Experienced, Japanese Cuisine Executive Chef needed for a regional, revered industry leader that has multiple locations and is expanding. This is a Japanese-Sushi concept, so expertise in that culinary area is desired. Must be self-driven, food and beverage-focused, with thick skin -- The guest isn’t always 'right.' Must have a real passion for the restaurant industry.
