Key Responsibilities • Operations & Leadership: Direct front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, maintain high service/food standards, and step in directly when needed. • Financial Management: Oversee sales, labor, food costs, and overall P&L performance to drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth. • Team & Culture: Recruit, coach, and retain staff, develop future management, and foster a positive work environment. • Guest & Community Engagement: Deliver exceptional hospitality, build local brand presence, and drive repeat customer visits. Candidate Qualifications • Experience: Background managing high-volume restaurants, ideally with $4M+ in annual revenue. • Skills: Strong P&L and financial acumen, hands-on leadership style, and proven team-building abilities. • Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive combined with the discipline to operate within brand guardrails.
