Personal Lines Account Manager Location: Clearwater, FL Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annually Work Arrangement: Fully in-office A family-owned independent insurance agency in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support its established personal lines book, with a strong focus on homeowners insurance renewals and remarketing. This is a service-focused role with no sales quotas and very little prospecting. The agency has built long-standing client relationships through referrals, word of mouth, and hands-on service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working across multiple homeowners carriers. Responsibilities The Personal Lines Account Manager will handle a mix of servicing, quoting, renewals, endorsements, and remarketing duties, with an emphasis on homeowners policies.
