Responsibilities • Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations • Lead, coach, and develop the BOH team • Ensure consistent execution of quality food and presentation standards • Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, and waste • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards • Assist with scheduling and labor management • Help maintain an organized, efficient kitchen • Step into leadership responsibilities in the Executive Chef's absence Qualifications • 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale restaurant • Scratch-kitchen experience required • Strong leadership and team development skills • Experience in a high-volume operation • Good organizational and communication skills • Passion for quality food and hospitality • Stable work history with progressive career growth Compensation & Benefits • $65,000–$70,000 base salary • 10 days PTO after 90 days • 5 sick days • Competitive healthcare package with company contribution • $900/month meal allowance • Career growth opportunities with an established hospitality group JOB ID: 180990 #post Robert Goebel
