Application Engineer Benefits & Compensation • Base salary based on experience ($85,000 – $115,000) plus potential annual bonus • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) • Short-term and long-term disability • Generous PTO • Positive culture with work-life balance Application Engineer Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferred • 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting • Fluency and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish • Experience with electro-mechanical products • Familiarity with National Electric Code and UL test standards • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Effective communication and writing skills • Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team Application Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding product selection, application support, and problem resolution • Provide technical support for internal and external customers, including our subsidiary in Mexico • Quote custom engineered products based on core device offerings • Travel to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues • Assist in certification and new product development projects as needed • Monitor the engineering department’s inbox to ensure timely support If you’re a skilled bilingual engineer eager to leverage your expertise and make an impact within a supportive, growing company, this role could be your next great opportunity.
