Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Casual Dining Restaurant We’re working with an established restaurant operator in the Brunswick area that is looking to add a strong Restaurant Manager to their leadership team. Compensation/Benefits: • Competitive base salary of $58K to $60K depending on experience • Strong bonus opportunity • Comprehensive health benefits • Paid time off • 401(k) benefits • Established organization with proven systems and operational support • Positive team culture in a busy, high-energy restaurant • Opportunity for career growth within a successful restaurant group Responsibilities: • Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards • Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members • Coach, develop, and mentor hourly employees to build a strong team culture • Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards • Assist with managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability • Ensure smooth and efficient shifts in a high-volume environment • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational goals Qualifications: • 2+ years of restaurant management experience • Experience in high-volume casual dining preferred • Strong leadership and team development skills • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost controls • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays JOB ID: 181878 #post Robert Goebel
