We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to lead clinical education for a Physical Therapist Assistant program. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee student clinical rotations, assignments, and clinical-site experiences. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites, Clinical Instructors (CIs), and CCCEs. • Evaluate student progress, clinical sites, and clinical education effectiveness, including CPI evaluations. • Assist with curriculum development, classroom/lab instruction, and program accreditation. • Ensure clinical education meets CAPTE and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant program. • Associate degree as a PTA OR Master's degree or higher as a PT. • Current, unencumbered Florida PT or PTA license. • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a PT or PTA. • Minimum 2 years of clinical teaching and/or clinical coordination experience.
