Architectural Studio Design Leader Benefits and Compensation • Hybrid position • Base salary of $150 - 170k • Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement • PTO, Vacation Architectural Studio Design Leader Responsibilities • Oversee the Design Studio for the client's Multifamily Practice • Oversee multifamily projects such as high-rise, apartments, condos, townhomes, etc. • Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in Multifamily design. • Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win. • Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity. • Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
