Civil Site Engineer Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 0–3 years of civil site, geotechnical, or environmental engineering experience (internship or construction background preferred). • Ability to interpret and apply technical plans, specifications, reports, and regulatory requirements. • Experience or familiarity with site work inspections (fills, foundations, utilities, asphalt, concrete, retaining walls, etc). • Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and related engineering software. • Certifications such as EIT, OSHA HAZWOPER, ACI, or NICET preferred; must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply concepts to practical engineering solutions.
