Restaurant FOH Manager The Server Manager is responsible for all facets of management of the restaurant service, including hiring, training, maintaining service standards and employee recognition and motivation. We are looking for someone that can hold people accountable and who excel in both praising employees and course-correcting. This role combines administrative support, project coordination and team communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, system-minded, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Benefits: • Assuring proper greet times, order times, table maintenance and payments are performed in a timely manner • A lead by example attitude or servant leadership.
